Yeah, I was stressing for a while!
Just hoping it doesn't die again.
Knowing my luck warranty will have expired the week before if it does!

Smile Fronts fitted finally!!

Got a break in the weather here so got the fronts put in!!
Way more involved install than for the rears!Luckily I had a friend
to help me out.....

The car is now totallt different, the handling is amazing!!
Used the middle drop height as I didn't want to mess with the allignment
too much but the rear wheels still have huge toe-in!! Guess that's what's
contributing the the rock solid feel when cornering
Power is being put down so much better now also. The right foot can be
used way more and earlier than before when the TC would just kick in.

Best mod to date on the car.Would recommend to anyone(strongly!!!)
Thanks to all you guys that have given advice, especially Jason.Cheers!!

I'm glad you like them, Road&Track sampled a tuner car a whiile back that had them on and they did not have very nice things to say about how the dampning was.

Haha!
i'd read that review just after I'd ordered them!!
I kinda knew that if Jason had recommended them they would be good.
I trusted his opinion more than theirs!
The only thing I was worried about(well sort of! ) was taking my
girlfriend out in the car for the first time. She actually said the ride was
greatly improved from a passengers point of view!! Result!!!
Going to see how badly the rears are wearing with that much toe before
I go down the toe bolt road.Hopefully with rotating them I might not have to.
