Does anyone have this kit, or any experience with it?

Looks like a good kit at an amazing price.

I actually went out and met the guy who makes these. He has them on his daily driver, they work awesome. The downfall is you will lose your parking break with the rear kit. If you just plan on doing a front BBK, this rocks

They don't use rotor hats on the rears that accomodate the parking brake. Instead they use a line lock which isn't all that bad either..

You still have a parking brake right? It is just now connected to the rear discs instead of the drum?? or?

Yeah Black, it's just a hydraulic line lock for the rear discs. You just depress and hold the brake pedal then close the line lock vlave. A lot guys put them on their front brakes so they can do burn outs without smoking the rears.

oh okay... with this though you couldn't pull the e-brake to use for drifting and things like that anymore though?

So it is probably preferred to have a brake kit that retains the factory e-brake?

The Wilwood BBK has been out for some time. Do a search and you will find more threads on this. I believe Sharif@Forged has them, at least on the front.

I don't see how a line lock would work since it requires power to lock the pressure.

I think it works best to set the line lock while your car's still running, then shut it off. I've seen this before in street rods and it didn't seem to be all that sturdy... hills wouldn't be that safe. Plus if you leave if for a while the car can slowly roll, if it's not in gear.
