Yes its worth it. It has a 1 yr warranty and it makes the car handles like its on rails. Also gets rid of the annoying freeway hop you get on the stock suspension. Make sure you get the Nismo sway bars to complete the package. Looks great on 18' and 19's.
I would say it is one of the best possible suspensions on the market... It will not lower your car that much if that is what you are looking for, but performance wise it is awesome!!!
nismo suspension is more for street use and does feel a little better than stock. i wouldnt say they handle like you're on rails though.
i find for track use, they are well balanced, but still causes too much body roll for me.

Here is a picture of 2006 350Z we built for new car sales. It is equipped with Nismo S Tune suspension, 19 inch Nismo LMGT4 wrapped with BFG KDW2 NT, Nismo S Tune exhaust, Nismo S Tune drop in filter, Nismo shift ****, Nismo frame. You can see from the picture what the drop looks like on 19 inch LMGT4. We built the same car for FastZ33. The S Tune suspension is pretty conservative and entry level compared to some of the coilovers that are on the market. The dampers are manufactured by Bilstein so they are very heavy duty and comfortable as far as ride quality yet stiff enough over stock to have fun with them at the track. The suspension is very comparable to the Tein Basics, just no adjustability in them. The reason why it is not lowered too much is because for Nismo to label it as a S Tune product, they have to keep the center of gravity within stock specs to allow the product to stay within the parameters of not voiding the factory warranty. All Nismo S Tune products do not void the factory warranty and has an actual warranty on the part itself with a 12K/12 month warranty.
