How to beef up the rear brakes on our cars??

Question How to beef up the rear brakes on our cars??

Since the rear brakes dont seem to do ANYTHING ..
any ideas?

Rear brakes never do much of anything. Most of the stopping power is done by the fronts. Has something to do with weight transfer. Why do you think the front brakes are always so much bigger than the rears?

right... but the 350z rear brakes are particularly weak somehow because when i pull it going into a corner i dont get much feedback and just understeers...

Sounds like you are talking about the hand brake?

Those are just little drums, pull harder, you don't have a lot of leverage. Some of the drift guys are adding hand brake handle extensions so they can pull it harder.

yeah but in other cars... like the audi i had b4
i could pull it and slide out really easily
...

The rear brakes really suck. I did 2 spirited trips around the block and they were smoking.
