Lowered? Aftermarket wheels? Read Here:
So as most of you know I have my Z lowered, and wider wheels. Camber and toe was adjusted and im around -2.7 deg. of camber for the front and rear.
I cant beleive how expensive the camber adjusters are! So heres my goal. Find someone who was in my position, ran the car for a while with similar camber specs, then had camber adjusters put on and ran different specs.
I want to know the difference in handling characteristics. I know what they are in theory, but I would like some real world feedback.
Thank you.

Mario, It would probably help to let people know what springs, struts, tires/rims with offsets you have? And how much are you lowered?

At one point I ran my car at -4.2 camber in rear! My new Eagle F1's only lasted 4000 miles like this. It was then fixed to -3.1, it handled better, but still very unsteady under wet or very cold conditions. What I had to do was run camber/traction rods AND SPC toe kit to get my car to a much more reasonable -1.9 out back and my front is at -2.0. Now it looks and handles great(best its ever been), and my fronts lasted me 23K with that camber which I think is great.

I ran -2.9 for 12000 miles until my tires pretty much shredded themselves .... that cost me a good bit of money, and I sacked up and bought the good A-Arms and toe.camber goodies.
I am currently at
F-0.7 camber 0 toe
R-1.4 camber -0.05 toe
Ride quality is much more stable ... turn it is not as precise but high speed is much more confident. It still handles as good .. it just feels a bit looser .. but tire wear is PERFECT.

Thanks Jim, Ive noticed that with the camber set as I have and you had, the car is a beast through lower speed tighter turns. But lacks confidence in the higher speed curves. Do you think what your running is a good compromise between the two?
And with your set up, is there more oversteer or understeer? I would guess more understeer, but please let me kjnow.

I countered the understeer with a 255/275 tire setup. I feel it to be quite balanced as is. Hotchkis sways set Full/Med.
I would say it is a compromise....but a great street compromise .. I think I would bring back in about another half degree all around for some racing.
