for what application? street, autoX, track, looks, price...

I just bought the hotckis tvs 1 kit (springs and sways) for $400- for the price and performace, it fit best for me. (I don't care too much about looks, the car is a daily driver so I can't have it too radical, I'm on a limited budget, and want to maximize performance for track and autoX)

Do a search for spring database and you will find some very useful info. One thing to keep in mind is what are your objectives. Most every set of springs on the market are the same rate as the stock springs, so all they do is lower the car. This is great for bumpy roads and makes the car look more agressive.

If your goal is to stiffen the suspension, there are few, if any springs on the market for the Z that do this alone. To get stiffer springs, they mostly come in coilover kits. The spring database will have dozens of products listed and usually includes the psi rating of the springs and the amount of lowering they provide.
