Does anyone know if the calipers and pads were changed too? I'm looking to upgrade to Hawk HPS pads on my 06 but can't find an 06 part number anywhere yet.
what would you need to put the '06 brakes on an '05 (both non-brembo)...if the calipers and pads are the same, I wonder if there's a simple bracket adapter....I've decided not to buy a BBK b/c of the $$, this might be a cheaper solution.

I'm quite sure the callipers and pads are different. I believe the fronts are now dual piston (both on the inside). Also, look at the difference in rotor width. The calipers would need to be redesigned to handle the extra width. BTW, the G35 had those brakes in '05. Maybe someone with a BBK will be selling their stockers. Better yet, maybe you can find a set of Brembos for sale.
You sure that's not a typo? The 03's and 04's have single piston. It doesn't seem likely that they would add them for 05 then take them back to single for 06.
He's wrong. Notice that the front description is plural - Pistons. Pistons, means more than one. I've looked at the brakes on the 05 and 06, and 06 is two pistons both located on the inside, earlier is one piston, also located on the inside.
