Default Please help with suspension setup

I'm getting a 2003 enthus with low miles very soon. I know it has problems with alignment like most 2003 350s. I have done quite a bit of research and am not new to nissan. I have pretty much figured what I need to get and need advice on if I'm doing the right thing. I am planning on taking it to the dealer to possibly get new tires in the front and for sure get an alignment. I have already confirmed with NNA that I can take it in for an alignment and possibly front tires depending on what the dealer deems. I am primarily intersted in only the suspension and brakes. Exaust, CAI, Plenum, S/C all come second and I'm not interested in them at this time.

Initial upgrade (within a week after purchasing my z):
Kinetix A-Arms + alignment - best overall for the adjustability and from what I gather will solve my tire wear problems? Wondering if you could all help me to find out what type of alignment machine to ask for.

Second Upgrade:
Hotchkis TVS Stage 1
Wondering if this is a good package? Or if I should just get the sway bars and not the springs?

Third Upgrade:
Koni all around.

Fourth Upgrade:
Stoptech.
