Default Camber

I've been told to drop my Z by quite a few people, and I looked into Tein, RSR, and Eibach. My question is how many of you have dropped yours? If so how many had to invest in control arms or camber kits? I got an estimate for Tein s tech, installed with 4 wheel alignment for around $1,000. I know a camber kit will be more.

You are getting ripped off if, you are paying $1,000 for springs installed with a 4 wheel alignment.

I got my Tanabe springs installed for $100 bucks and a four wheel alignment for $80.00. Most performance shops will charge you $200-$300 for a spring install. I got mine installed for a $100 because I had a friend do it for me. And I am dropped 1.2 inch on all four corners and don't have any camber kits. My front tires have no tire wear so far. And my rears have some wear in the inner side. Most people will say to get rear camber kits when you drop your car over 0.6 inches. If you plan on getting rear camber kits SPC makes a good set and they are about $219 dollars for a set.

When I dropped my car, I got A-Arms for the front and Traction/Camber bars for the rear, Kinetixs. These work great and perform good to, yet I just ordered 350evo A-Arms to replace the fronts. I did this since I started tracking my car and want to adjust the camber easily at the track. The Kinetixs give you the adjustment, it just takes to much time if you want to adjust it 4x a month! I will sell you my old ones if you want when I get my new A-Arms (8 weeks). And there is absolutely nothing wrong with them!

I'm not sure if this will work for the Roadster. But, you can always call and ask them at (631)863-3820.
