You realize they arent actual coilovers its just basically a lift mechanism? The coilovers in those pics are TS but not the listed item. This iteam would have come in handy for me more than a few times but at the price you could literally buy a lift for your garage ( used but still ).

From what I gather, they're pressure actuators that are mounted ON TOP of specified coilover systems. (kinda like the ones in alot of exotic cars today)
They're like mini-airbags that lift the car a couple inches off the ground (at the press of a button) so you can clear driveways and speedbumps. The actual coilovers and performance of your shocks don't really get affected when the pressure is disengaged, retaining the handling of the car.
Worth it if you like it LOW, have an expensive widebody front end, or custom paintjob you don't want kissing the asphalt everywhere.
