Default Nismo S-tune suspension with Nismo LM-GT4 wheels

Got the caps for my Nismo LM-GT4 wheels today and thought I'd post a pic. Another rainy, cloudy day here in the Pacific NW, so I took it to the touchless wash and took a pic right after I drove out. One day I get the combination of sunshine and a clean car and will post another then.

I do think the caps really complete the look. Enjoy...

I thought that the centercap kit for teh LM-GT4 rims made them look like F1 style wheels with one large lugnut in teh center, while masking over the regular lugnuts behind a plate? Or do teh wheels just not come with ANY dust cover cap whatsoever and you jsut bought them to cover the middle opening?

If thats so, why would someone sell 2 grand + wheels and not include center dust caps? I had always been under the impression that those were somewhat necessary and therefore incuded in the purchase of a wheel.

The trend now in Japan is not to use center caps. Looks good KSJ what did you do with your side skirts???

Hi Boz,

The wheels are 8.5/18 in front with +25 offset and 9.5/18 in back with +30 offset.

The tires are 245/40 in front and 275/40 in back.

I have to give them the car for a few days for painting, so I've held off for alittle while on that. I also need to order the stock aero kit and will have that installed at the same time.

PM or email me with a price on the Weldina exhaust please!

Am I alone in thinking that those rims look rather plain and boring.
The track wheels look much mmore exotic than those!

some people prefer a simple 5 spoke wheel on their sports car, I am one of those people. Porsche, Ferarri and AMG ALL make fairly simple 5 spoke wheels, which I like as well.

I like the 5 spoke look better than the track. The track are nice, though.

ksj, someone from Japan posted that the Japanese version of the NISMO exhaust is actually quieter than the stock US exhaust. If this is true, you might want to wait until the USA version is available unless you want to tone down your exhaust note.

Can anyone in the know confirm or refute the above?

As someone (you) recently said on the board:

The only thing I don't like about the rims is the size. I like the way they look, but I think they'd look a lot better in a 19" fitting.

I love the wheels,..but for some reason,..19"s look perfect on the Z.
Anything under 19"s looks a little small(don't ask me how)----I guess untill I see some lowered Z's on 18's they'll probably look better!

Glad I got 19's,..I almost bought 18's!

NISMO wheels are the shizzle though!

Hmmm, mine is lowered with the S-tune suspension already(20mm). Oh well, I'm pleased with the look so far.

Next up is the Nismo side skirts and stock aero kit, then a brake kit.

Well,....sounds like you lowered yours the 'RIGHT" way,..I respect that,..but I guess untill I see some "Slammed" Z's on 18's..that would probably "look" good,..but not ride or handle so well!

I'm going for a lowered look.....not sure if the Eibachs' are gonna lowering it where I want them to..so maybe these ST Springs on Ebay Stating they lower the Z 1.83" inches might be what I need to get..I don't plan on tracking or Auto-x'ing,..but want it to sit just right! Right close to the tires! But then again--19's w/ the EIbach's might sit just right!! the 19" + wheel size combo look to not need much lowering.

Kepp it up though.

Mr fairlady check out the Central 20 street coiloves they use eibach springs and should be a very streetable setup if your not looking for hard core race handling.
