G35 and 350Z front suspension - same or not?

Is it the same or not, i.e. can you interchange parts?

The suspension is interchangeable between the two cars except the springs on the G35 are longer than the 350Z. So say if you buy lowering springs for the G35 and put them on the 350Z, it might stay the stock height or even raise the car!
