If you purchased online and had it shipped many online companies have a 15% restocking fee. The 25% is a bit high, but when purchasing online everyone should always check the companies' FAQ or RMA information to see if there is a restocking fee. Or just make sure you are 100% sure you want/need the item.

I agree 100%. That is the thrust of my post. My experience is that some, not most, online retailers have a restocking fee but A) they do not tack on the cost of shipping to you when when their manufacturer actually shipped, and B) they usually charge 10-15%. 25% is ludicrous.
