lol.....i know that, maybe more than 10x's..........but that doesnt matter, i care about the look AND ride of my baby!
so does anyone know the difference b/w the 2?? (besides price)

I think you answered your own question. Flex's are coilovers with both height and dampening adjustability, also when coupled with the EDFC, serves as a easier way of setting the dampening. S-techs are springs and thats it. No adjustibilty whats so ever, not real hard to understand why one costs XX amount more than the other.
ok so i know that, the edfc controls that, right...!? but as for ride,.......does anyone know?? im not looking for more stiffness! i dont wanna pay the 10x's more just because the edfc controls the coils and does nothing more!

so i should wait until end of the year....?? i suppose im gonna have to......i need to start makin money again and start to waste my money promoting myself once again!............
if you're just going for looks then get the s-tech springs. The flex are stiff so it's not going to be comfortable on a daily driver. I have tein basics and when driving on uneven roads, they're pretty bad(stiff). In addition, the flex's softest setting is even stiffer than the basics!
:-o really!! i didnt know that! what in the hell would i wanna pay that much for then!!! lol......they just charge up the a$$ for the fact you can control the dampening from inside the car !!! ooooooooohh! so what gives a good lower AND dampens the ride more than stock feel?????

You might want to consider an airbag suspension but that costs more than coilovers.
If you are going to look at an airbag suspension, make sure you have rode in a car with it. I used to have them on my old car and hated it. Also the sound the compressors make are extremely annoying.
