Default Advice on mounting StopTech 2 pcs Aero rotors to Brembo Z

Just a little word of advice for you guys that plan to run these rotors with the OEM Brembo brake pads. The Nissan procedure for pad installation calls for the mounting of the pad with the wear indicator on the outside of the caliper.

Don’t do that with Aero Rotors! The spring (steel) will rub on the rotor’s hat (aluminum). A good way to machine a chamfer and make some insane noise…

So, just remember to swap the pair of pads from left caliper to the right. These guys are directional so you can’t just flip them I the caliper.

Live and learn… Nothing stays new for long when I’m around! Lol

Or you can do like I did and just break the damn indicators off, hehe.
