Default HKS Hipermax LS suspension HELP?!

just a curious thought, i have a hks hipermax LS suspension and was wondering if i replaced my rear HKS coils to tanabe lowering springs, would it be more dropped? would it be safe? because i wanted the rear to drop a lot more...

did anyone tried this attempt? any replies would be great...thanks in advance!

Do you have the LS or LS+? The Hipermax LS should be ride height adjustable so I would try doing that.

the rates will not perform well with the hks'. are you trying to get your Z lower than the max drop on the LS'? i'd see if you can get a custom Swift Racing spring replacement for your LS. i know that can be done.

If all you are trying to do is lower the car more then you can adjust the height from the coilover itself. If you are at the lowest it can possibly go and want it lower than that might be a problem. I would try adjusting your coilovers first.

then no, you cannot go any lower - the HKS at its lowest setting is SLAMMED. The next step is exhaust dropping on the ground low...and while it might look cool for a show, the car will ride and handle like complete poo-poo (coming from an HKS owner who's rear height is also as low as it can go...and it's more than low enough)
