I cannot recommend the Nismo end links, at least not the fronts. Even with hardened steel bolts, I have bent both front bolts that bolt into the lower suspension. This causes the large sleave bushing to freeze onto the bolt, locking it into the lower control arm and no amount of force will dislodge them. Only reason I have not ground the bolt heads off and thrown the things away is because I have not had reason to adjust the front bar stiffness level. Also, the links side to side range of motion leaves a bit to be desired.

 

My process of elimination would be as follows.

End links
Any bolt touched during install and I mean ANY.
In the lower control arm where the spring sit's in, were the oem rubber lower mounts reused?
Can we rule out the Hotchkis bars and their collar's hitting the mounts and causing the noise?

 

Can someone describe this clunk? I get one when I change direction, ie. forward or backwards. Most noticably backing up from a stop. I was thinking it was the axle issue, but it doesn't really click, and I came across the "clunk" complaints while searching. It doesn't happen going over bumps, only when changing direction or turning when backing up, so I'm not sure if the endlinks would cause this.
