Sounds like a recipe for oversteer.

Cusco Zero-1 Suspension Kit
Front +78%
Rear +15%

Cusco Stabilizers
Front +20% or +37%
Rear +73%

Nismo G-Attack Suspension Kit
Front +29%
Rear +20%

Nismo Stabilizers
Front +18%
Rear -1%

Many people are very happy with the Nismo S-tune kit & stabilizer package. Personally, I am extemely happy with my Cusco Zero-2 kit & stabilizers.

Data on the S-tune vs oem is incorrect

Nismo S-tune (twin tube construction, uses progressive springs)
350Z/G35 Coupe
Spring rates 448/504
Stiffer then 03/04 oem by F+43% R+48%
Stiffer then 04.5+ oem by F+43% R+18%

Nismo Stabilizers
Front +18% (vs 03/04)
Rear -1% (vs 03-07)

Front +1% (vs 04.5+)
Rear -1% (vs 03-07)

I see no real reason to advise against, other then the fact that the Cusco rear bar is not adjustable. You will have no way to use the bar's as they are supposed to be used. To fine tune at the limit behavior to the other element's of a car's setup or to your driver skill level. Granted the front bar is two way adjustable, you may need to adjust the rear to get the balance you really want.

IMO, purchase a front and rear adjustable bar setup, from a manufactuer you trust, that has the collar system you want (built in or you add them on) at a price point you feel is justified.

I guess stabilizers means sway bars.
So you guys are saying that nismo sways vs. OEM 4.5 and up is +1% in front and -1% in rear stiffness?

That sounds like there is almost no change when going for NISMO swaybars and it does not seem worth it?
Sorry I might be totally confused here...

Imagine you pay ~500$ for nismo sways + a couple of hundred for install. In the rear the installer may even have to remove the exhaust in order to get the bar in... And then all you get is +1% in front and -1% in rear?

Surely I must be getting something wrong here, thanks for clarifying this for me!
