Use SPC toe bolts instead, Toe arms aren't the correct method for adjusting toe because they change the caster angle at the same time.

Call them up and tell them you want just the toe bolts from this package (the package listed also includes camber adjusters, but they'll split it up and sell you just the toe bolts if you call them). They'll probably only charge you $45 for the toe bolts.
