Jack,
I hope everything went well in that quick rebuild that we were able to do for you. We're glad that Mike was able to help you out here and found that there was a problem with whoever installed or took out your FLT-A2's. Please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you! Thank you!

I must say the customer service at jic has increased dramatically. I had to deal with them about a year ago and it was like banging my head against the wall. I called them recently about rebuilding my rear shocks and the people over the phone are extremely helpful. I have spoken to Mike and Yuki. Anyway I am holding off on the rebuild until they have rubber mounts available for the rear. Rubber mounts for the rear shocks=motoring bliss on bad roads.

Big Props to Yukio, Mike and the entire JIC team as they did a fantastic job in rebuilding my coil-overs and a very quick turn-around about 1 day and excellent customer service!!

Wow 1 day? I might need mine done soon =)

What is the average turn around time and shipping to New York?

There is a reason most aftermarket suspensions have the little black words "For Off-Road use only."

BTW, I had problems like with with my Tein SS on my Prelude. Same story, no warranty, but could repair broken shock for $125. And I know with Tein, you can repair, but not purchase one shock by itself.

This is good to hear about JIC's customer service getting better. I was dreading the day my coilovers would need to get rebuilt. Love the product, but I have read many horror stories about their customer service. But now when they blow, i will definitely contact Yukio.

it's not only JIC. anyway, coilovers are performance minded aftermarket parts. they DON'T last forever. no coilover in the import world does. ur monroes last long because it's caddy riding, grandma driving minded.
i too am impressed with JIC's new cs.
