Default H&R springs

I just got a set H&R spring 1.3 front 1.0 rear but the back look a littel high will it get better i have 2 fingers gap on front 3 fingers gap on back.

Springs will settle. That said, if the springs are only advertised to drop 1.3" in the front and 1.0" in the rear, I wouldn't get your hopes up.

I have H&R springs with Tokico D-spec shocks and the back does sit a little higher than the front.
