height adjustment

height adjustment
well i have the stance coilovers and i cant seem to adjust the rear height to go lower. i tried moving all the rings that is on the coilover and it seems to stay at the same spot after i do it. can someone show me which ring to move or tighten? lost the direction so im f**ked. sorrie im a newb at this
