Default Linear springs

so i'm looking for springs to improve handling as much as possible because i dont have the $$ for a good coilover kit. As far as I know linear springs provide the best cornering & handling ability. So what are some good linear springs with nice stiff rates that will improve the handling the most but can still be put on the stock shocks?

Do a "search" and you'll find tons of information on what you're looking for. I should know -- I did some research recently and all the information that you need have already been asked & answered.

Swift are nice. If you want to spend a little more dough, tokico sells a linear spring/shocks combo for 640 bucks at thezstore.com. Pretty cheap for the set.

I have Hotchkis on the way - they are linear. I've heard decent reviews on them except the moderate drop, but that's what I'm kind of looking for. I'll post reviews later.
