Nope.. just installed front & rear hotchkis sways on my '03 touring (with VDC), no problems. For VDC/TCS you just need to watch out for your tire rolling circumference -- the ratio of front to rear to be exact.
No problem here. I've had mine on for 6-8 months and haven't noticed any problems and that includes a dozen autocrosses and three track days of driving.
