My car is at the highest my HKS hipermax RS can go and it still scrapes the Y-pipe on certain speed bumps that I absolutely have to go through.
If I bring the car for corner balancing. Will it be radically lowered? or will I be able to corner balance the car without altering the car height alot?

Maybe a couple of turns, but not alot. It's probably not off by much if at all.
I took mine to be cornered but it was already even, it was pretty surprising. I am lowered with RS's and plenty of speed bumps are no no's.

I had the same experience with corner balancing my jic's. I was so **** about the fender arch heights that when I went to corner balance it came out only 30lbs off, which % wise on a 3420lb car with driver isn't much. 1/2 tank gas, light weight battery, and titanium exhaust. I weigh 180lbs. vehicle weight was 3240. Spare tire was in the car. I corner balanced it the way I normally drive it. As far as your question about whether the car will be lower than now the answer is no(if it is only by a couple mm's).
+1
corner balancing shouldn't change the height by much, they just change the preload on the springs to distribute the weight of the car more evenly. Always a good idea.
while they're doing it though, why not have them raise the springs a little bit?
