EDFC motor keeps spinning?

does anyone have this issue on the front?

my motor seems to keep spinning on itself and the wires bind up.. any solutions? thanks

My wire is twisting as well (has been for about 1 1/2). But the motor seems to be doing it's job (in regards to adjustment). Even if I don't adjust them for a few days the wire still twists.
