Default how much???

hey guys how much does it cost to change the springs on the z? i have a nismo shocks and springs, im thinking about change my springs to gf210s and cutting a bit off the rubber thing in the rear suspension. so hwo much would it cost to change the springs? and what good shops to send to in socal?

quoted $100 by fellow forum who works at a shop as outside job, and $160 by a shop (Carlabs in Milpitas)

I did it through carlabs due to my timeframe

GF210's aren't even that great just upgrade to better springs.

My drop = Scrape everything on the underside of the car.

If you drop it more, you have to align it and you'll have a hard time entering and exiting driveways like I do. Life is a living hell driving my car around town so choose wisely. Good luck.

but u forget ur v2 is lower then my v1...i dotn think dropping it an extra half to a full inch will make me align the car again. so wht springs u suggest?

Hotchkis is really good. It's not just the front. The bottom of my car scrapes, and so does the rear. lol

It performs better. If you want low low, go eibach. In suspension lower isn't always better. The GF's are softer than stock, they are great for looks but for performance there are others that are better. Just stick to your nismos or get full coilovers.

H&R and Eibach are good choices, but you honestly don't need it. You're wasting your money, either sell ur setup and get a coilover system or leave it alone.
