Something that I just don't get.
When I tried out Tokico D-spec springs on Koni's, I had all of 1" of bump travel before I'd be into my cut down much shorter then oem Koni bump stops. How on earth is anyone going to have any suspension travel to speak on by going even lower on oem based shocks?
Here's a oem 350Z dustshield/bumpstop cut in half, notice that the bump stop is 2 5/16" tall

My cut down Koni bump stop 1 3/8" tall

The two side by side.
