Need some advice

I have an 04 Track and the suspensions on it is killing me. I wanted to know which ones you guys recommend. thanks

Since you make no mention of wanting anything else, chuck the oem shocks and replace them with either Tokico D-specs or Koni's. IMO, get the D-specs unless you have rather specific need for the Koni's rebound only adjustablity.
