Strut Bar Torque?

What are the bolts on the strut bar supposed to be torqued down to? I want to put on my new strut bar but want to make sure I dot put it on too loose or too tight. Thanks

My Nismo S-tune suspension instructions say 18-23 ft-lbs for the tower bar, and 47-60 for the adjustment bolts

Tight. If it's too loose you'll know, it'll pop on sharp turns. I think you'd really have to muscle it hard to over tighten it. Those holes are pretty beefy that the bolts screw into.
