Swaybars are there to balance the loads between the wheels. A stiffer bar will reduce the weight transfer to the outside wheels on the opposit axle. It also allow the inside spring to "share" some of its spring rate with the outside wheels. This is where the overall limited roll comes from.
Springs would help keep the car flat while keeping the suspension independent.
im trying to decrease body roll at high speeds what would be the best set up?
i have 20" wheels and im stil on stock suspension.
best bet to improve handling would be to remove those disgustingly heavy 20" wheels. shocks/springs on your Z arent meant to handle big heavy wheels like that, shocks bound/rebound specs are shot to hell. go to 18's then start thinkin about suspension.
