Progress or hotchkis are nice. I have cusco for no particular reason. I just like the blue, and that they're solid and very stiff.

I would suggest reading a bit about sway bars, their effect and uses before going all out on a supah stiff kit.

What issue are you trying to address on your car with stiffer sway bars ?

Stiffer sways could actually make your car worse to drive. Me? I'm very happy with my Cusco's.

What's wrong with body roll ?

Swaybars are there to balance the loads between the wheels. A stiffer bar will reduce the weight transfer to the outside wheels on the opposit axle. It also allow the inside spring to "share" some of its spring rate with the outside wheels. This is where the overall limited roll comes from.

Springs would help keep the car flat while keeping the suspension independent.

best bet to improve handling would be to remove those disgustingly heavy 20" wheels. shocks/springs on your Z arent meant to handle big heavy wheels like that, shocks bound/rebound specs are shot to hell. go to 18's then start thinkin about suspension.
