Default beginninng mods

trying to figure out what to do first... suspension is what im thinking but i wanted some opinions.

i was told by a supposed knowledgable person that once you start adding hp to the zs that the stock suspension gets really ****ty really fast??

is this true and what suspension is the best.... i was going to go with the TEIN FLEX COILOVERS.

I'm doing mods roughly in order of expense. Which means suspension is on hold (except sways which are relatively cheap). I'm doing this because I'm a stingy bastard and have to warm up to the idea of putting a few grand into turning and stopping.

I'm also trying to figure out what to do for beginning mods. My primary focus is on bolt on applications. I read on here the CAI doesn't provide any increase. What about headers and full exhaust?

Freakin' newbs . . . yeah, you're a newb if you registered in 2007.

1st question you need to ask yourself when it comes to mods -- what am I going to do with my Z? Show or go? If go, are you going to autocross, track or drag your Z? If you can answer these questions, then you can narrow down your priority of mods.

Mod the driver first, then go back and mod the car.
