Default Need some advice PLEASE!!

Tomorrow morning the z is going into the shop to get my suspension set-up installed. Parts include: Tanabe GF210's, Tokico D-Spec shocks and SPC Rear camber/caster adjustment. I just wanted to know at what setting should i put tokico's at. The Z is my daily driver. I'm looking for something in between for performance and comfort. From what i read people are doing 3 full turns from the softest setting. Anyone else have any recommendations. Also just to verify "3 full turns from the softest setting" would translate... looking straight at the adjuster on the shock..

<-F S->...3 turns this way correct(counter clockwise).
