ok I think I've got it, Install the bolts in the spring bucket...? The only thing that confuses me is in some of these pics is they have the camber arm in there to, and that is adjustable as well so does that need the SPC bolt as well?

The SPC bolt is to correct your toe setting. You only need those two bolts. Everything else requires the stock bolts (ie. stock bolts+camber arms).

so once the tow is fixed, I can run less camber also... correct?

 

Yeah since you already have camber arms, adding the toe bolts should help you get all back into specs again. Of course I wouldn't go with 0 camber though.
