Cheapest way to lower my Z??
Well im pretty strapped for cash lately when it comes to car upgrades. I decided im going to stick with the 18' touring rims, I think there great looking rims and would look even better if the car was lowered.
Now im not really concerned about extreme handling or how its gonna perform at the track, just want it lowered with about the same ride quality.
Ive never lowered a car before and would not know where to start, im a mechanic but I work on boats, im pretty handy with a wrench though and can follow directions to a tee!
Do I need to just buy springs???
Can someone link me to the exact size I need for my 2004 Enthu ??
I tryed the search and I didnt get the anwser I was looking for.
All help Appr. Thanks Guys!

You should look over this DIY thread about installing lowering springs on a G35 coupe to get the general idea: https://my350z.com/forum/brakes-and-suspension-diy/46741-eibach-springs-installed-with-pics-and-instruction-g35-coupe.html
And you can find cheapo lowering springs all over ebay: http://tinyurl.com/3ccluk
I lowered my Saab a few years back and will my Z when I finally purchase an appropriate set of coilovers. If you're "handy with a wrench" it's not a very complicated procedure.

the only thing is that even if you by springs sooner or later your gonna need new shocks i can guarantee you that, so instead of just buying springs and paying for labor than going back later on and paying for new shocks and labor its alot better to get coilovers, personally the advatage of coilovers is that you can adjust them to your liking as compared to springs you just have one set up. the other option would be ground controls(dont know if they make em for the Z)and konis shocks or any springs and shocks.

just save up for some coilovers if you dont have the cash for it but if you do just get the coilovers.... you'll end up spending more trying to take the cheap way out or taking short cuts......

There is no cheap way of lowering your car. Sorry to break it to you. You must pay to play. If you want to lower your ride inexpensively, you can try Tanabe NF or GF. Depending how low you want, you get some Tokico shocks to compliment the springs. DO NOT CUT YOUR COILS.
