Whats the best system, make and model? Is it Ok to mix and match components or safer to go all Nismo? Is there anything even better on the horizon? Also, is R-Tune ever coming stateside?.. if not why not??

According to many journalists the Z has understeer in spades, pushing it below sports car respectability. Evos and Stis and maybe even SRT4s will blow us away around many tracks. I cant have this, how can it be fixed?
