anyone know what alloy and temper is used for frame & suspension??
I'd imagine it's a heat treatable alloy like 2024 or 7074 with a T3 or T6 temper.
I'd love to know... any metal guys out there know?

the frame parts that directly connect tot he upper and lower arms are definatley aluminum.... There are aluminum tabs welded to it and I know aluminum cannot be welded to steel.
