Default Nismo suspension kit and sway bars on a VDC equipped Z

The website says you have to put the suspension, sway bars, and nismo wheels on all at the same time for your VDC to function properly. What do the wheels have to do with VDC not working? I wanted to get the suspension and sway bars, but I dont' want to be forced to get the Nismo wheels.. do I really have to get all 3 parts and install them at the same time for my VDC to work properly, or no?

Although, now that I think about it...I would rather get 275's in the rear than 255's...

How much do people sell their 18 inch OEM Rays wheels for usually?

If you're gonna spend the money, get a different suspension setup IMO.

vdc will work... thats just a disclaimer that they have tested all three together.
Search, there are countless posts about this...

not sure what you mean with 255 vs. 275.
On my 2005 with 18" nismos the Nismo recommended tire sizes are 275 in the rear.

So I can get the suspension and sway bars without the rims, without screwing the VDC up?

And the 255's are what would go on my 18 inch Rays.

I have jic flta2's and hotchkis sways. with 255/40/18 rear and 225/45/18 front. The vdc still works at about 6-7 tenths driving. After that the vdc should be turned off IMO. I did a track day a month ago and left the vdc on it interupted when I was really pushing other than that it was fine. The only thing you have to worry about is the vdc coming on a little earlier. But not so much so that is effects your daily driving, unless you drive like an utter maniac everywhere you go.
