Squeaking from back suspension

My rear suspensions making this weird creaking, squeaking sound while i drive though the city, Is it time to toss the OEM shocks, Springs, Sways? what ... or is there a lubricant that i can apply?

This same problem happens to me, too. I'm thinking of getting new springs to fix the sound. That way if it doesn't work, at least I lowered my car.
