To fluid1, not everyone is a DIY or has the location to. Im lucky that i live at a apartment complex that has garages and doesnt care that we work on our cars. Matt's neighborhood looks a bit more upscale then mine and probably doesnt want to see a car up on jacks. Plus, suspensions can be a pita to do and can be very costly if you mess a bolt up.
