I am in the market for some front/rear sway bars, just seeing what everyone is using and recommends. Also what positions do you have the sway setup.
hotchkis are probably the most popular around and here and probably the best bang for the buck out there. They now have built in collars and new brackets, so there is pretty much no downsides to them
I just recently put in the Hotchkis TVS stage 1 kit purchased from wesellcarparts.com for an awesome deal and they are the $hit! I love it. I have it set up at Medium in the front and medium in the rear, I might play with the adjustments and see what I really like. That my two cents... good luck!
I have the TVS kit and have played with mine.. Im getting it ready for Road America in oct so ive changed the setings from the factory recommendations..
I have the 4 way adj ones.. So now i am one step softer in the front and one step firmer in the rear.. it has a little push at a HIGH speed corner but can be brung round if you floor it last second.. perfect for me but each person has there driving style.. I think this gets you in as late as poss with out to much push or spinning you out!!

Do some more homework . . . are you looking for solid or hollow sway bars? Is your Z going to see the track or not? You may want to consider these questions before considering a specific brand. I installed the Progress Tech sway bars -- they're solid & the best bang for the buck. They're set at full stiff, both front & rear since I autox my Z.

yes, some have fitment issues with some exhausts
there is a sway bar FAQ posted, that has full details for all the options
I have Cusco, but i voted for Hotchkis. Cusco are extremely stiff in the rear and only have two settings up front. When matched with the wrong springs or coilovers, it can be a disaster. Hotchkis are a good value and have the most settings. They can be set to mimic almost any sway bar on the market.
I had cusco on my 06' and I have 350 evo's on my 07', and I had progress on my 06' before I got the cuscos and driven a few z's with the hotchkis sways. Best bang for the buck the clear winner is hotchkis. If you spend a few more bucks I would go with cusco and 350evo, these solid bars are very stiff. The cusco's are a little difficult to get used to because the rear doesn't have any adjustment holes, it's only one setting.
Cobb! I have their front and rear sways and also the sport springs. I love the stance/feel/cornering. I have the front set to the second softest setting (of four) and the rear in the middle setting (of three). I will probably be stiffening them soon just to see what I like best. But I definately recommend Cobb.
Cobb are Hotchkis...
Hotchkis are most popular because they work and are well priced
I personally favor a solid bar, so run the Cusco in my car. On since 2004 or early 2005 (can't remember) and they are fantastic. Progress is a great unit to choose too,a nd very very well priced but they do not most fit true dual exhausts
