Default noise-after changing rotor pads and service brembo

My ride make a fade noise after replacing 4 rotors and the rear brake pads , it sounds like fade squeal, noise that normally occur when the metal indicator touches the rotor but all my brake pads are fine.Only happen after changing the rotors and brake pads, by the way my front brembo caliper has been serviced.

Any opinion? Had sent the car to the mechanic more than 3 times and they can't figure out.

did you use the shims up front? use anti squeal compound?

the brembos are noisy calipers to begin with

Any chances the wear indicators are mounted on the outside of the caliper ? They might be rubbing against the rotor's hat...
