It looks like you have the original version of the arms. The revised version have an upward bend in them so the shock/spring have an extra inch or two to compress. They also come with some poly washers that you can put on your struts to add to the height of the bumpstops on the struts.
I returned my original arms and they replaced them with the revised units.
Just tell them that you want the revised arms made for the g35 coupe.
Supposedly, the sedans don't have this problem.
The only time I knock is when I have my Teins set at the softer settings and hit a dip at high speed. At the stiffer settings I don't knock at all.
