Default Camber kit + GF210 = Do I need it?

I'm dropped on GF210s right now and my thread is a bit uneven with my 275/35 @ the rear.

However, a few people have told me that springs doesn't require camber kit.

My question is:

1. They're just springs but do I need camber kit? I went down the car to have a visual of my contact patch (just eyeballing) and it seems the inner thread is really digging it while the outer thread is 1-2deg raised from the ground.

2. Can I just fix the problem by having a decent alignment?

I just want to know what to do before I start spending on bnew rear tires and mess it again.

thanks guys!

Just because they are springs instead of C/O doesn't mean you wouldn't require a camber kit. So if I have a 3 inch drop on springs that means I wouldn't need camber kits? That is BS. Usually inner wear is caused by toe and camber. A good alignment shop may possibly get it back into specs on stock hardware but not likely since I'm already on the extreme end of the specs on a less aggressive drop.

You should get an alignment regardless, but you'll most likely need a camber kit if you wish to preserve tire life.

Eibach(SPC) camber kit can be had for ~$150 shipped from AJUSA.com and it comes with the camber arms and toe bolts, even though the description only lists the camber arms

Usually people install them on the rear before the front because the rear tires wear faster than the fronts already, and camber wear will exagerate that. With the correct camber in the rear, the slight camber wear in the front will mean they can be replaced at the same time as the rear tires usually. More negative camber in the front provides better handling also.

With a camber kit in the rear you also put more rubber down the road, which = more traction

Thanks. Now Im definitely just ordering the rear camber kit with some better springs. The front camber kit is damn expensive.

Yeah, ajusa.com has the best pricing. Though I believe z1auto will match or beat the price if you ask.

Whether or not you can get back into spec and need a camber kit is really dependent on the car, as for some reason, it varies from car to car.

You can get an alignment at West Covina Nissan and if they can't back into spec, then you can purchase the SPC camber at the same time. I believe you can work out some type of deal when you get everything together, alignment/camber kit/labor.

Nice suggestion man!

So they sell camber kits at WCN?

How much do they charge(alignment) again, and how long does it take (if your the 1st to be serviced)?
