Default Suspension Installation

Hello there Z fans. I just bought a set of Tein Flex suspension and this will be my first time installing a suspension kit on a Z. I have experience on installing suspensions before on civics and integras. I was just wondering if it is the same concept for the Z's. I really don't want to screw anything up on a beautiful car, so any suggestions out there would be great! Thanks!

Yes I did. Great threads and great reviews on the Mono Flex installation. I have one question for you if you don't mind. For the rear suspension, I know the that spring sits on the control arm but where does the adjustable plate sit? On the control arm or on the top? The reason I ask is because I saw a picture on some website where the adjustable plate was sitting on the top and not the control arm. I just want to confirm that.
