I have just recived my 2003 350z and bought 20s, 245 front & 275 rear, i have a Tanabe suspension, the fenders are rolled.

When i turn, the tires are 1/2'' from the fender. is this dangerous to hit the fender if i turn and hit a bump or is the suspension hard enough for it not to happen?

Hey this is probably a beginners question but i am a beginner this is my first car ever, i always had trucks, and i certainly do not want to damage my fenders the first day out, (in 2 or 3 months from now when there is no more snow) do i have to use certain precautions when driving this setup?

you are fine but if you want to be safe, give the front tires a little more neg camber and it will be perfect!

as far as the scratching, the fenders don't scratch the tires, upper arm with the bolt scratches tires.. (take out front tire, you will see inside of fender housing)
I know because I'm pretty low too and I just came back from raising my car a bit to eleminate my headache about scraping....(Stance coil)

I got some 275's up front with +15 offset and it doesn't rub at all.

those tires are WAY too big, you want 245/30/20 and 275/30/20, it just looks retarded right now

are 245 35 20 probematic? 1/2'' higher side wall than a 30, should i change my fronts to 245 30 20 and if so can i keep my rear 275 35 20s, i wouldn t mind changing 2 tires, 4 would be a bit stiff.

just leave it, it looks good. You shouldn't run into any rubbing issues except maybe on a hard U-Turn or large bump. Next time you buy tires get the 30 wall.

+1 on the negative camber

The fenders may cut the tires but it looks cool. That’s what matters.

it's an adjustment to your front suspension that will move it away from the fender wall slightly.

Yup, not a big drop though. 13.5 front and 14 rear I think.

Actually one japanese tuner Mr. Okayama used 20" rims on his car too and it wasn't detrimental in handling or weight wise. You figure it's only +2, and with the right tire combination, you can make it close to stock diameter. It's not like he put some chrome 22" or something. Anyways Apiafo, don't worry what other people say. There's always someone going to put the hate on anything not standard.
