I think all BBK's for the Z/G35's allow you to keep the rear e brake. If you look at the design of the rear ebrake it is a system that works with the rear hub. From my previous car the ebrake actually worked with the calipers which is when you change the stock caliper you would lose the rear ebrake.

Seems like I remeber seeing a couple that do lose the E-Brake, so it is probably a good idea to ask. I believe it was some of the early Wilwoods
