I recently just bought my Z around May of last year, and now with my new job. I'm planning what I want to do to my car. With that said, I started to track my car but my Z is also my daily driver. So I am looking for a coilover system that I can run on the track but yet isn't so harsh on the daily drive. Any suggestions? Thanks for your input in advance.

 

You should seriously do some research. What is harsh to you may not be so harsh to me or other and even vice versa. I'd recommend looking around and reading some literature about the coilovers that are on the market for the Z. Here is a good start, http://www.mynismo.com/categories/?id=2287.

Damn straight, because the coilovers are easy enough to adjust if you have a garage access with a lift, otherwise get used to the HARSH ride of the track settings

 

I know this isn't the be all answer but spend about 30-60 minutes in this section and read some coilover threads. There are alot out there, but the longer ones will set you straight- you will see the same people posting real world info (not just "I have em, they rock"), and you'll start to see the same few units mentioned over and over again - this isn't by accident. From there, select what fits your budget.

Ha I think you should wait for me to get back from my deployment and we can find them together! Then we can both drive through the mountains again with steve and hopefully keep up with him!
