i need some suggestions on how to do it, i think i just need some coilovers but tell me if im wrong....

I heard there was a website you could search on. I think it's called My350Z.com. But not sure.

It's a bit of work, but spending a hour or so searching will give you the answers your after. Along the way you'll find something else out, do not ask what you did above, no one can read your mind and define what to say when we don't know what you want or how much your willing to spend. Again, please search.

Coilovers would do it, but a spring/shock combination would usually be cheaper. In any case you'd want an alignment after

If you want to go cheap, just get some srings. All sorts of drops for around 200 bucks. They will all work fine with stock shocks.
